Leadership in the Information Age

Since leadership is primarily an art rather than a science, this seminar provides participants a series of frameworks for evaluating and monitoring their role as leaders. The frameworks, from the book, “Leadership Frames, 2nd Edition,” include:

  • Maximizing the amount of added-value work completed
  • Measuring and increasing one’s workplace productivity
  • Understanding the difference between qualitative and quantitative work
  • Controlling routine work through E.A.R.S.
  • Using the skill/will analysis to evaluate and lead workplace teams
  • Balancing efficiency and effectiveness in workplace interactions

This seminar also includes discussions of the application of modern technology to the workplace and the search for elegant solutions.
